Call for Artists

Exhibit in a curated 3D environment

CaroArtVirtualGallery offers artists the opportunity to participate in carefully curated virtual exhibitions presented in an immersive 3D environment.

Each call is developed around a specific theme and focuses on artistic depth, coherence and professional presentation. We work with a small-scale, curated approach — no open marketplaces, no visual overload — but exhibitions in which each artwork is given space, context and attention.

Whether you work abstract or figurative, experimental or refined, emerging or established — what matters most is the strength of your artistic voice and how it resonates with the theme of a call.

Our curatorial approach

At CaroArtVirtualGallery, exhibitions are built with intention — not as collections of images, but as carefully composed environments.

We create thoughtful, calm and focused virtual spaces where artworks are given room to breathe, resonate and unfold over time. In a digital world often driven by speed and distraction, we consciously choose slowness, clarity and depth. Viewers are invited to look attentively, to move through the exhibition at their own rhythm, and to experience the work beyond the surface.

We value:

  • Artistic depth and authenticity

  • A recognisable and developed artistic language

  • Coherence within the submitted works

  • A meaningful and thoughtful response to the thematic focus

  • Professional presentation and clarity of intention

Artistic diversity is welcomed — in medium, style and perspective — yet always within a clear curatorial structure. We believe that freedom and focus strengthen one another. A strong framework does not limit expression; it allows it to resonate more fully.

How it works

Each Call for Artists at CaroArtVirtualGallery follows a clear and transparent structure.

Artists are invited to apply for a specific exhibition theme. After selection, artworks are presented in a professionally designed virtual 3D exhibition, accessible worldwide — without time limits or physical boundaries.

Participating artists receive:

  • A curated presentation in a virtual 3D exhibition

  • A dedicated artist page (text, images and links)

  • Visibility via website, newsletters and social media

  • Personal guidance during preparation and presentation

  • International accessibility without transport or insurance constraints

The virtual exhibition is not a replacement for physical exhibitions - it is an extension that offers new ways of seeing and engaging with art.

What do we look for?

We are interested in artists who work from intention and authenticity.

This means:

  • Work that carries a personal perspective

  • A clear relationship between concept, material and image

  • Artistic coherence rather than quantity

  • Willingness to reflect on one’s own practice through text and presentation

Each call has its own thematic focus. We encourage artists to respond thoughtfully to the theme, rather than submitting unrelated work.

CaroArtVirtualGallery values artistic diversity, but always within a curated and contextual framework.
