Where ART becomes an experience

Seeing Through -retold

a virtual solo-exhibition

Seeing Through – Retold is not a repetition of an earlier exhibition, but a rereading. What once lived on the physical walls of the gallery returns here in a new constellation — quieter, more compact, and shaped by a different rhythm of looking.

Highlights current exhibition

Seeing Through – Retold is a virtual re-reading of an earlier solo exhibition by Caroline Geerling.

What once took shape within the physical space of the gallery now returns in a new constellation — more compact, quieter, and intentionally slowed down.

The exhibition centres on the relationship between surface and depth, body and landscape, visibility and concealment. Layered works invite the viewer to look beyond the immediate image and to engage with texture, materiality and rhythm. From a distance, the works may recall landscapes; up close, they reveal skin-like surfaces, traces of erosion and moments of vulnerability.

Presented within an intimate 3D environment, Seeing Through – Retold unfolds as a spatial journey rather than a linear narrative. The virtual setting allows for multiple viewpoints and moments of pause, giving each work the time and space to reveal itself gradually.

This exhibition is an invitation to slow down, to look again, and to experience art not as a fixed image, but as a layered and unfolding presence.

Call for Artists - Voices of Women

Inner narratives, embodied perspectives

CaroArtGallery invites artists to participate in a curated virtual exhibition exploring female perspectives, lived experience and inner narratives.

Voices of Women focuses on work that arises from intuition, personal history and embodied knowledge — artworks that speak quietly yet powerfully. Rather than volume or statement, this exhibition values depth, coherence and authenticity.

Artists working in painting, sculpture, mixed media, photography or installation are invited to submit work that reflects their personal voice within a shared thematic framework.

About CaroArtVirtualGallery

CaroArtVirtualGallery is an immersive 3D art environment where exhibitions become spatial experiences.

Here, art is not only viewed — it is explored, navigated and felt.

Each exhibition is carefully curated as a journey, designed to guide the visitor through layered spaces, shifting perspectives and carefully considered rhythms. Move freely through virtual rooms, zoom in on textures and details, or step back to let the work unfold as a whole.

Without opening hours or physical limitations, CaroArtVirtualGallery offers artists and audiences a new way of encountering art — intimate yet expansive, accessible yet deeply immersive. A place where artworks are given time, space and attention, and where looking becomes an experience in itself.

Welcome to CaroArtStudio

CaroArtStudio is the artistic practice of Caroline Geerling, where material, surface and perception form the starting point of each work. Her practice moves between abstraction and landscape, body and terrain, with a strong focus on layering, texture and the physical presence of materials.

Working intuitively, Geerling allows the process to lead. Layers are added, eroded and reopened, revealing traces of time, touch and repetition. The surface becomes a field of tension — holding both vulnerability and strength, silence and resistance.

CaroArtStudio functions as a space for research and artistic development. It is here that new series take shape, where ideas are tested and refined, and where the dialogue between making and looking unfolds. Closely connected to the curatorial vision of CaroArtVirtualGallery, the studio forms the artistic foundation from which exhibitions, collaborations and new projects emerge.
